In order to make a healthy antioxidant juice that tastes great, there is little better than adding Blueberries.

Hi, How long does it take for hemorrhoids to clear? I have a small hemorrhoid and it isn’t too bothersome, just itchy. I just diagnosed it as a hemorrhoid today so I’ve taken the following precautions-i don’t wipe(i rinse in the shower afterwards), plan to eat more fiber, and I’m using preparation H. Will it take more than a week or 2 to clear up? Also, with preparation H should I apply it after every bowel movement? And last….do most people consider hemorrhoids to be embarrasing like how people consider having diarrhea embarrasing?
